I have gallstones and the purpose of my visit was to discuss the options open to me. After the discussion I was able, with confidence, to make the decision to have them removed.

I was really impressed by the attention to detail and the explanations offered by Mr O'Riordan. His overall approach and manner gave me confidence and settled any concerns I had about my condition. If surgery eventually is required I would be happy for him to be my surgeon and have no hesitation in recommending him.
In addition I would also like to commend the WSH for their efficiency and professional approach as always.

I found he explained my condition to me, including showing me my scans and explaining them. He disussed the options and what might happen in future. He explained why further scans would not be appropriate. We discussed our plan of action taking my views and his experience into consideration. We agreed with a follow up plan. I am very happy with my appointment, the information I was given and the advice i have been given.
I found it easy to ask questions.
